Hi
Is there still room for 2 in the novice group on the 29th.

This would be my first Ducati day as I am now the proud owner of a 748 and my mate would like to join you on his Aprillia RSV Mille.

Is there noise restrictions on the day, I have termi's which appear to be very loud

Gozzy I am sure there will be, just download the form in this thread and send or book via the online shop.

Noise is 105dB Termis should be ok, if you have baffles just take them along just in case.

Best bet is to make sure that you have a pair of DB killers then - just in case.

From the man who they wouldn't let out - 112DB with killers in!

DSC Track Attack 2010 (plus other)

Does anyone know what the timetable is for this i.e. signing on, noise testing, safety briefing etc?

I entered way back in January and expected to get some kind of confirmation of my entry giving details of this. I have e-mailed the Web Team and the Trackday organiser over the past couple of weeks but no reply from either.

What's happened to the Pronto mag? The last one seems to have been in Autumn last year.

Also, in spite of the fact that I have a membership card, there is no listing in the membership list and what is a "roundel"?

Monty is in charge, but if we follow our normal routine it will be;

7.30 - sign-on opens
8.30 - safety briefing (and sign-on closes)
9.00 - Red/Fast group on track
9.20 - Yellow/Inters
9.40 - Green/Novice

repeat until lunch (approx 1.00 - 2.00 depending on how we use the time in the morning

2.00 - 5.00 - more of the same

5.00 onwards, beer, nonsense, tall stories, more beer, more nonsense, loud music maybe, lots of laughs and bed

Wake up and repeat

It's on hold as there is nobody to do it.

Small red Ducati logo next to your name again email CB to sort.

just thought some may ask about sound levels.

don't quote me but the sound level at Cadwell is 105Db, my 748 with complete 50mm pipes passed, but I would always bring some Db killers just in case

here is a pic of a cut down Db killer but you get the idea.

Hopefully not, thanks to the very hard work of MotoRapido's Wilf and the erstwhile support from stalwart club members in the regions the event may yet see a crew of Ducati fans enjoying their machines in the environment that nature intended.
Good luck Wilf, I hope you pull it off mate, this club may be dead on it's feet but the members are still worth fighting for!
