| They are not all Bad ! Went out for a run to get some putter stuff on the 998 , and was coming home along a main road ( 60mph ) & you know the type of bend a nice 100 plus sweeper with Shell grip the hole way along , problem is its shell grip for reason as it has taken a few lives of the local go faster car drivers ,& it has one of them How fast you are going signs before it ! Well i ride up to the bend at 60 & roll the throttle on 100 yards before the bend on overtake a nice merc estate on the out side at above the speed limit !,after the bend i roll off & progress along the dual road (at 60) & come up to a slow car on the outside lane i move into the inisde and maintains 60mph till well past the car & move into the outside lane , then i stop at traffic lights & continue following the 60 for about 3 miles Can you see where this is going ???????????? Yes the Merc was a cop  I get pulled over & i put my hands up & take his words of dread & then he says you were safe smooth & quite impressive with your slider nearly on the ground !!! & after the bend yor rode well & were not any danger to the public but here is a ticket 30 quid fine for undertaking ,as you really deserve something but this wont get you anypoints ! Which is in my opinion very fare ! Well it seems they are not all bad as my overtaking could have been taken as careless/dangerous driving by some !   [Edited on 12-11-2004 by Totto]  |

| that must be akin to finding a needle in a haystack. a decent cop.  you had better do the lottery this weekend your luck is obviously in. |

| Totto hard luck mate......£30 towards some more bloody flash ******* cars.... Mercs etc the Rozzers down here drive BMW 540 estates  How much money??? Justed booked this car new in my novembers glass's guide..... Try £35.000 there abouts .....bloody sucks...... sorry rant overGo catch some real scumbags..... and leave us alone !! |

| I must admit i am not the greatest fan of the police , but they do have a hard job sometimes , more so over here with the troubles & stuff I got what i deserve ( maybe less ) & i was gratefull to the officer for using some C sense , he has done the repution of the police a lot of good , in this day of political Correctness I broke the law & got done simple ! , but C Sense was used & we are both happy !!!!!  |
