Electrician with a well known rail company (for the wrong reasons) service those big yellow machines that repair and replace the track.

Change bulbs and check the water boilers.

Union shop steward and Health and Safety rep, so I don't like managers (for real) or guns.

One of the few manual workers left by the looks of it.

Carbon749 - Mark .... Business Development Manager in the corporate world .... or sales Rep in the real world. Served my apprenticeship in an engineering work shop (Metmachex - Ally swing arms in the late 80's), worked in the Oil Industry (on shore) for the last 10 years or so, nothing to do with fuel so please don't blame me.

Been with Texaco (now ChevronTexaco) for the last 5 years.

Look after the Lubricants Authorised Distributors from the Derby, Nott's area down to the South coast.

Never worked in IT.

Have shot the odd gun (for fun only). Last one was a .50 calibre Desert Eagle ... now that was fun.

Enjoy my bikes, cars, socialising and holidays

Until midnight last night, I was an IT Administrator for HMRC (formerly Inland Revenue). I'd been in the Inland Revenue for 24 years!

Today and for the foreseeable future, I am a "User Support Technician" working for a major IT firm. I'll still be looking after the IT requirements for HMRC but will no longer be employed by the Crown. Hopefully my new employer will prove to be less of a cowboy outfit than the previous one. I may even learn some IT skills while I'm at it.

Work for a major global FMCG company in Switzerland. In a nutshell, I specialize in global template design in SAP HR (that's an end-to-end software solution). Been working with SAP and in this line of work for about 5 years, previously worked as compensation and benefits manager in UK for said FMCG company.

Enjoy my bike, r/c cars (although I'm not very good!), and going to the pub.

Would like to meet young, blonde... oh, sorry, thought it was lonely hearts column for a minute there....

Ade.
