I have one as well - and they use one for a display bike at a Triumph dealership near me. They had the new Daytona 650 thingy on it and the guy climbed on it to show me, it was bolted to the floor.

I have the ABBA Superbike lift -

Super stable and easy to use without bolting to the floor

Pics from their website - I don't own a Honda - well not anymore

I know that you are sceptical, it does not need bolting to the floor.

I didn't beleive it until I used it.

engine out
if you wanted to remove the engine you just use the attachments that lift the wheels instead of the engine mounts then every thing is free to get at, and no you dont have to bolt it down i know it doesnt look safe but it is ive never had a prob withit
