| NEW LEATHER ONE PIECE With Knox back panel, red MJK knee sliders, red on the shoulders and the rest black. Fitted them today. Goddam perfect. I rode up there on the bike in her track fairings. My house is on a hill and I have to say I was nervous about the sloping drive, being on the bike for the first time since Good Friday etc. etc. etc. but the bike feels fantastic. Tyres don't feel at all sticky but the engine, with all the servicing Mike Mechanic's done, feels fantastic. Only thing with the 42 tooth sprocket, on the short blast on the motorway I was looking for another gear and there wasn't one. Still, I've never revved sports bikes high enough. Now's my chance to learn. Generally grinning ear to ear. Cooking stir fry for my daughter and her boyfriend now. He's fitted my new dishwasher and is now working on lights and switches. My bike is just behind me - pride of place in the garage. When I finish the film in the camera, buy a scanner, I will post the pictures to show you all how perfect this is.
