| Crisis of confidence my damn Ducati will give me a heart attack one of these days, every year around this time i have a crisis of confidence (hope thats the right term) can i afford the service ? can i afford new tyres? can i afford to keep the bike at all?. I look at my monthly bills my credit card statements (my credit card only exists because i have the 748). I even go as far as to write out an ad for my bike to try and sell it. and what happens ?? I keep the damn thing for another year,  And the same thing is occuring right now !!. I need new glasses, new contacts, a new crash helmet, a new jacket,a new fairing for the bike. can i afford all this? I don't know how but i'll probably scrape through somehow. And I expect i'll keep the 748 for another year again. Bloody things got a vice like grip on me and won't let go   |
