with no limits search for Johnny or Lawsey - both instructors - they will be friendly and helpful. Try to get their help on your first session, as they will show you the right lines that you can practice during your day.
No limits is good..

err.......Aug 1st isnt a bank hol!
There is just the one in England in August - on the last Mon of that month.

Deej - if its any help, we are less than an hour (or lots more if M25 is horrid) from Brands.
Close to M3 jct 3, or A3 - should you need a bed for the night going one way or the other.

Dont know where in Cornwall you are, but it usually takes us 3 & a half hours (at speed limts) to hit the border - via the A303/M5/North Devon link/Atlantic Highway to Bude.

I will be at Brands on August 1st with No Limits. It's a day AND evening session, so why not do both??? If you're going, come along for a a free cuppa tea and a chat, (please bring biccies) and we can get you some instruction early on. Book soon - there are spaces at the moment, but it will no doubt be full.

er, Nick, should be interesting, having followed you at Cadwell last year I think it was, I know I was a bit quicker, but I reckon you'll have gained a few seconds with your race experience, should be about the same now, (if my confidence is back by then)....shall I take the 600RR or the CB5, not a whole lot of difference in my laptimes, but the CB5 would be a lot closer to your power, assuming you're on the DD bike - my CB5 has 49.5bhp, how big is yours darling

Sound like the race is on then... I'll have a fiver on JohnyB!!

No chappie, I'm not there to go fast, I'm there to potter round and learn the lines one corner at a time (if that's the right approach). I'll be on the monnie so you can keep the cbr wrapped up!

Who else is going on this one? Deej, are you avin' a day off work or chosing another date?
