I loved the fresh fish pot that the Japanese delivery lads use to get the fresh fish to the upmarket Sushi resturants.

Lived in Asia for 6.5 years so saw it all, one way or the other....

Oops, sorry, wrong subject

Come on, you'd need at least 2 996R's to carry one of those......
One for each leg and a sidecar for the monkey french spy.

I once did about 20 miles on a 250 suzuki with a topbox and rucksack full of copper busbars (v.v.heavy).
Wheelied unintentionally for about half a mile with a face like George Formby.

Have been known to carry a female passenger now and again - is that in the spirit of this thread?

I've carried a display box of a dozen red roses, tied to my back with string. It was an impulse buy, you understand. The roses survived the eight mile trip.
Another time I was pillion on my mates Virago, carrying a spare back tyre. With both hands full, my only grip was my feet on the pegs. Acceleration was a fascinating experience, and did wonders for toning the stomach muscles.

On holiday in Thailand on a rented scooter, saw an old bike coming the other way with a live snake hooked over a pole off the front

As a motorcycle courier we used to carry all sort of odd things.
Once collected a QR50 and had to deliver that.
Boxes full of human flesh,
Ashes from the crematorium,
Deactivated firearms ,
Even empty boxes.

Starlings !

I had a pair of baby starlings i'd hand reared, they used to go everywhere in the top box of my scooter many years ago. I taught them to fly using my scooter too but I had a job and half trying to lose them when it was time for them to go out into the big wide world
