Very good but a bit to Heavy Metal for me!

I remember over 20 years ago watching "The Tube" one friday night and this chap appeared and just about upset every guitarist that saw him. Fair enough the whole tapping thing had been going on since the late 70s with van halen etc but nobody had seen anything like this fella.

He didnt just tap out a few extra notes high up like everone before him, but actually played 2 distinct parts on the same instrument.

Have a look!

Ultimate instrumental self-indulgence, sounds a thousand times better when played by a string quartet

Guitarists dont often use the term 'instrumental self-indulgence' they use the term 'fret****' - probably 'cos they can't do it

Fair point...I definitely couldn't do that, and I stand properly in awe of his virtuosity...I just don't think its very musical

Technically brilliant, but if youve heard one Malmsteen/Satriani style player youve heard them all.Give me the BB King vibrato any day.
