Frank hopefully your sense of humour is as warped as mine although from the likkle faces maybe not. In another post i asked a question about the access problems but also pointed out it was most definately not a dig at the webteam for all the unpaid hard work. The question was more to enlighten my genuine ignorance on IT issues.

However if your comments are serious i would say the post was clean, and did have value to the club highlighting in a light hearted manner an issue that is problematical for many people at present, but if you are offended and take it as a sleight on your hard work as part of the webteam i apologise unreservedly.

Personally i agree with Andyb's description of irony. This factors all make for good banter, and i have no problem with the sort of mild abuse i get from 'friends' such as JPM, and frequently take the mickey out of myself...see previously mentioned post when i refer to myself as an IT dunderhead and village idiot.

I doubt it, the ones with blue flashing lights breaks down and he has one of them new fangled red bikes which means he needs to spend more time polishing, attaching accessories and discussing how good it is, so couldn't possibly ride it

Shaun - you know me better than that mate, but sorry anyway - the "Still needs to be clean" is actually the title of the forum! - click "Forum" and see.

OK Fatal error - I get this message as well, its not just you :

"This message indicates your connection to the server is running out of memory. First option is to try logging out and then log in again - this will clear your connection and give you a fresh chunk of memory to use. This problem is not related to your own PC - it is a problem with the server running out of memory"

Basically - new software now = more memory and the people who host the website for us are working with Eamonn to try and make things work but, it aint easy and will take a bit of time.

It might even mean moving house eventually - hopefully, apart from a website that runs as it should do - you will only see improvements in performance.

Cheers - Frank
