David

.. two rider reps, Rattler and Skids and two MT, CB and PJ. Rattler says he knew nothing about the 'encouragement' given to Antony.

Nope. The RC is paul james and chris bushell, then 2 riders reps.

Antoine, I hope you're right... let's make sure this incident makes the riders stronger, let's hope it discourages anyone to DARE to cheat, let's hope we can all stay friends in the paddock.

Can't wait for Cadwell now!

i think the spirit is stronger than ever but the RC seem to be reluctant to use help offered to them and do seem to have a personal vendeta against dom.
quite why the RC would have got involved with a protest is beyond me, if a rider wants to lodge a protest then they lodge it, there should be no need for the RC to help/persuade/encourage etc. really interested to see who 'sponsored' this protest. i sincerely hope it wasnt from where i think it was.

DD spirit is alive and kicking....

I got loads of DD positives during the Snett round, 1 - rebuilding the bike, 2 - rebuilding myself....

The DD 'Racers' will continue to enjoy the racing, everything else will continue to be played out in the background. The 'motives' behind the **** will never be discussed....

Let it go....

move on and have a great race at Cadwell. I get to race the 620 and go 'really fast'!!!

IN THE PAST THERE HAS BEEN SOME POLITICAL RAMBLINGS AND THE DD HAS BEEN USED TO PUSH CERTAIN AGENDA'S.......

MY FEAR NOW IS THAT AFTER THIS " AFFAIR " AT SNETTERTON ALL THAT HAS BEEN ACHEIVED IS TO FURTHER DRIVE A WEDGE BETWEEN THE RIDERS AND THE RC AND MORE IMPORTANTLY GIVEN THE " POLITICIANS" OF THE DSC/DD MORE FUEL TO ADD TO THE FIRE............................

The dd is about the riders/the support crew and all those that want and support the DD.............nothing else.........

We need to gel together as the DD and push for a better DD....the recent survey is a real attempt to offer us the riders a chance to frame the series for 2007...lets use it and move forward...........................

If the fighting continues it will be to the detrament of the DD/DSC....

NOW is the time for us all to stick together with one goal...to make the DD what we want.....NOT split apart and drive wedges between the Riders RC and the DSC

Phil

Dont we all just want to race and have fun in the paddock.....!.......

out of interest what is the Riders RC?

ps I dont race in DD, never been to watch either, but I think its a good thing we have the series. The fact that it gets written about in the bike mags, raises the profile of the club and that can only be a good thing

I absolutely agree.

There is a lot of emotion going on just now that is nothing to do with the racing.

Lets get back to basics, agree the rules for next year ASAP and keep going forwards

Race Committee.

Great sentiments - That are shared by the DD paddock, all DSC members, promoting the DSC and DD racing!

Thanks 749er, you've just earn't a demo DD ride at your convenience.
