I've had both and have had no problems with either. The auto imobilizer mode was nice on the meta, was better than the bike going into full arm like a data tool unit does when left.

But the new datatool has a imobilizer only option now. Depends what you like:

Datatool fob has cool white leds when you press buttons
or
Meta integrates into your key, no carrying seperate fob.

Data Tool System 3 on my 749S, not one problem since fitting, easy to use etc etc.

Acumen CAT 1 and CAT21’s - value for money, jet-wash proof, programmable features and designed by the guy who has been responsible for the Datatool system 3 and 4.

I would of had a Datatool system 4 alarm but they are still not available 10 months after advertised release dates.
