I know that this is completely bike unrelated...but I need some help. Can anybody direct me to any good literature on behaviour management? I am "super nanny" with dark skin but I have some boys that are not yet succumbing to to my "charm" in the classroom...I need some good strategies as the positive behaviour management isn't yet working. I know the old "cane em, hit em, good smack'll do the trick, blah de blah" but I can't do that it's the new Millenium! Any help from you wise people on here would be greatfully recieved  L x | |
