Chris got 4 extra bhp out of Marks 749 by remapping the ecu & dumping the PC,

Tricky one this, I think I'll go down the PC3 route (monster). Looks simpler and cheaper which was the idea of doing DD for me in the first place. Thanks for all your inputs, really useful stuff.

I made a new loom for my 583 because I had some electrical problems, It was easy and I'd recommend anyone to have a go. I'd never done anything like that before but I found it easier than trying to work with all the old and mostly redundant wires and connections.

did I say that I had a pc for sale?

A 583 is dead simple, even i can do one of those, but a 620 ie, sorry, but that just baffles me

I've had no problems with mine 'coz it's fairly new and quite well prepared, otherwise I'd probably have a go,, I might anyway,, but not now, I can't be bothered.
