Rally was pretty much correct. It's was done for Thames TV (One of the then ITV stations).

Each division of the ITV regions had to submit a sketch for the Xmas bash and that one was written by the voice of Zippy (Rod Skelton). It apprently won whatever prize was on offer.

Still got tears on my cheeks.
