What an excellent day. Very relaxed atmosphere, well run & lots of tracktime with very few stoppages.

Tonio.....a big thank you for letting me loose on your DD bike for a session.

Ruth.....you seem to be the only person in our garage that got your £20 back

Big thanks to Monty et.al for the Trackday today, even more effort than normal required organising this one, so well done.

Thanks Monty for the tuition, made the day

Sorry if I held anyone up in the Inters, only just graduated from Novice

Cheers, Roy

Nice people all having fun, It can’t get better than that.

Big personal thanks from cousin roger and I for the track time this year, It’s the only place to be riding a duke.

Loved every minute.

Ruth, dib TP Ratler (overtaking git) Ant, chi, Dom , well everyone , all the new guys I met today.

Best fun I've had with me pants on.

Well done Monty & the team. TOP day. as always run by top blokes/ladies. What a lovely track. First time on the
( cougth ) Track Gixer for me which took ages for me to get the hang of screaming the nuts off it to get anywhere. So used to the Duke pick and gear and leave it. But by the third sesion was doing alright. Its a keeper i reckon.
Was there a photo guy there ?

Too many names: but great to see you all again,

Craig

Was indeed an excellent day, one of the best I've done and only the second one for 2 1/2 years! Anyway my biggest thanks go to Dibble for letting me use his bike which I managed to keep upright and return in one piece - top bloke! Cheers mate. Apparantly I was consistently lapping at 66 sec and felt comfortable with some more to come as felt I was dawdling in a couple of places.

Good to meet up with friends old and new and for the excellent atmosphere and camaraderie in garage 11 - even if Richard couldn't catch me!!!!

So roll on the next one and where's my £20? How come Ruth got her's?

Because she's better looking than you silly!-and perhaps you should have been asking what did Ruth DO for her £20?

Thanks for all the comments people, glad you all enjoyed it, I have never had so many people come up to me to say thanks at a trackday. I reckon I did about 150-200 laps yesterday and my legs are knackered. There was I think only one black flag-it was me-apparently the Gilera was shaking the tower as I went past so they put a meter on me-109db-whoops, and that was measured from the pitlane as I rode past -loud or what??

I know I said that I wouldn't run another Brands day, and the club has lost a fortune on it(we are talking in £1000's here)-however-I will be speaking to Brands today to try and get us a date next year-but May/June time. If I do you lot had better support it or I will be getting the sack from Trackday Organisor.:P

... not good enough Chris That guy on the BMW R1100, 87000 miles on the clock, heated grips, luggage racks, Heron Suzuki leathers was doing consistent 59second laps Superb!!

Steve Hilary of Moto Rapido was on a mission - low 54s - top man, gave Wilf someone to chase
