Suspension front and rear ?
I have a 1996 600ss and the 2003 620ss the suspension is crap on both. The 620 that raced last year as bike 69 was hurendous.
Note was
When we took the forks out you could compress the leg down pick it up off the ground and watch the rebound damping slowly let the fork tube return to the floor.
The rear shock was just wound up to max everything and not much beter then having a steel bar bolted in there.
hat off to the rider on it last year.
The rear shock can be re sprung, re valved and altered internally for extra ride height. for less than the price of a replacment.
Front forks are tricky but linear springs, oil and secret things plus prelode spacers have hopfully got them working right
