I quite like my Blue chain on my 998 Hybrid, which is a yellow Ducati, because I like Yellow. Red is fine for MOST Ducati owners as they all look the same to me.

dont really want to get too involved, but surely being called asian is a bit of a generalisation?

i would nt be too happy about being referred to as 'european'. also surely if you're describing someone its quite ok to describe them by their colour only? without going into thier background/culture/religion etc.

would bother me is someone is trying to desribe when when i'm part of a mixed 'colour' group and they say something like 'no not that one the white one' for instance.

'Bling' means 'anything flashy/glitzy just for the sake of being as flashy/glitzy as possible'. At least, that's what I THINK it means. Hope so, having started this blasted discussion, a fact I have had now had more than enough opportunity to regret. Off to bike shop now (push bike) to get my racer serviced. Now there's a bit of kit that has absolutely nothing 'Bling' goin' on.

If I had 2 grand to spend, I'd be buying a 2nd bike to use as a track bike! I'm v. worried mine's gonna come a cropper at some stage on the track and I won't be able to afford to get it fixed, or, if repaired on insurance, I'll lose my 9 yrs no claims bonus and have to give up biking altogether! Just waiting till my house sold and 'loadsamoney' in the bank and then I can relax and buy WOTEVER I WANT!
