Just to reiterate what has been said already. Thanks so much for a great day yesterday. Brilliantly organised, lovely people and the bike stayed upright all day!!! the only downer is that I spent all last night looking for trackbikes

Thanks to everyone for helping me to lose my trackday cherry.I really couldn't belive how fast that some of the novice group were going!!!
I think that i might have to get the R6 (FS1E)set up for the track as i really couldnt seem to get much power down on the exit to a lot of those corners.

Has anyone one got picmans web address???

... you're right barnsey - one or two of the first-timers commented on that, some found it a bit intimidating - perhaps there could have been a few up-grades during the day ...

You're right there Stu, there were a few quick lads in with the novices, but I think on the whole we marshalls did a pretty good job moving them up to the Inters. I had one lad who really should have been in the fast group he was so quick, but that said he was very considerate and respectful, so I left him in the Inters at his own wish.

Did Picman actually turn up? Don;t recall seeing any photographers out on the circuit other than the TV bods.

Monty,

Is Brands Indy really the best place for a "extra" DSC trackday??

Cadwell was over subscribed?? Why not go there twice??

Donnington would be an awesome choice as well but I know the price is in the same league as Brands and we would need a noisy day, not easy to come by.

I know there are pros and cons for just about every circuit in the UK for the DSC as a whole.

Maybe some number cruncher could work all this out with a DSC members profile price/distance/I wanna do that circuit ratio??!!

Ray
