748 dilema
Hmm, only about 2 months after getting the 600 monster I find I am wavering again!
As I mentioned in another thread I emailed a local dealer (non Ducati) who had a 748 and firstly just asked did they want to buy my Fazer and cheekily then did they want to swap my 2 for their one.
They came back and said my 2 plus £600. That is now down to £400.
The 748 is a 2000/W, 10k miles but no documented services since 2003 at 6k miles. Its up for £4k which may be slightly too high bearing in mind the lack of SH.
My 2 are a 2001 600 Fazer which I bought a year ago for £2300, am trying to sell at £2195. Another dealer this morning offered £1300 for it!
The Monster 600 is a 2000/W with 16k miles. Bought it for £1600 from Chris P on here.
So I would effectively be getting £1600 for the Monster and £2k for the Fazer.
Should the lack of history on the 748 be putting me off? It is at the moment. It also needed a bit of a tidy up although to be honest they had only just got it and not prepped it yet.
Advice required!!!
