Won't be back from the gymn til about 8pm so maybe tomorrow will be better, if it's convenient for you sir?
Cheers Geoff, have to make do with just the undercoat for now mate it's just cost me 75 squid to add to my 998 insurance for the remaining 5 months of my policy
Petrol in a dieso engine is a nightmare! The diesel acts as a lubricant to the fuel pump so that gets shot almost immediately! If you're really unlucky the petrol pools in the cylinder (no spark to ignite it) and washes the oil off the cylinder wall then mixes in the sump!! Any piston engine run without lubricated bores wont last long and it can only get worse if the petroil mix gets pumped to any hard wearing part crank bearings! Sorry mate but OUCH! I got off light!
Originally posted by Dseered Diesel, talking to a customer today who filled his DIESEL X5 with PETROL and drove, for a bit then turned into a tractor, what do you reckon the bill for that will be ?
BIG! and probably invalidate most of his warranty too!
