My paperwork states track open at 7am........and everything statrts at 8.30...........do we have to get there as close to 7am as poss? O r can I say get there about 745 ish?

7.45'll be fine Neil.

As long as you give yourself a little time to sign on and get settled before the briefing at 8.30 you'll be OK.
