As it says, could be anything from losing weight, eating healthy etc to shaving weight off the bike, fitting that lightened flywheel
Me, I've lost a bit of weight recently and I plan to lose a bit more and get some cardio fitness about me. Also do some core strength and hip flexibility.
Need to get my suit sorted out with a few things for fit and stretch in the right area's. Need some new gloves and need to fix a hole in the outer skin of my right boot. Daytona's nothing better.
Gaudix I'm going to spend some time working on my head and a few other things

and just generally get the bike to fit me. Fortunately I don't have to worry too much else about the bike because the prep in Team Louigi Moto/OD2 is second to none.
