Sweeeeet

Have you made it yourself?

If you have I hate you!! lol

What price do they run to?

Have been looking at this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120613435262?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p398 4.m1423.l2649#ht_1037wt_698

Still waiting for the tank to be repaired after the powdercoaters dropped it

Maybe I will look into the possibility of fitting Super Motard wire wheels

Although the first thing is to get the old girl back on the road

Speak soon

Regards

I wish, had it made locally £120 plus the cost of a link/adapter pipe to suit what ever can is been used. It uses the Standard 40mm diameter headers off a 900SS

That looks a bit bulky, to get an idea of what is possible with Exhausts you need to get a long to a DD race meet and see the different setups that are used

Update June 2013. Stuck on electrics

Its been a while, with plenty of things getting in the way of the build

The main one being the electrics

As some of you will have read, I am building a cafe racer using a 1992 750ss as a donor bike

What has held the build up is the electrics

As suggested I have a Monster loom (supposedly) from a bike of the same year

However all the connectors are different

This shows the RH switch cable connector: 750 on first, Monster on second

It's the same with the other cables, all different

The monster loom also has three relays, where all the wiring diagrams point to only having 2..........wtf??

So to the questions:

1. If the Monster loom is from a 1992 model, should it have the same connectors?

2. Anyone know what the third relay is for?

3. Finally, are there any electrical guys in the Leeds area?

I have spoken to a couple and get "Oh its a ducati, sob sob, the wiring is so hard to work on" Bunch of tossers

Cheers

Finally got the exhausts sorted

Also cut down the rear of the frame, welding in a new piece

Now need to get the rear curved end made

I will need to check but one of the relays may be for the Carb heaters fitted to some models

RHS switch gear has always been different between the Monster and the SS, with the Monster using the same as the 748, 916 etc
