Warm SS tip...
RVF400 (NC35) mirrors are exactly the same as SSie ones. I just got some off ebay for £8.50.

Not a hot tip, as they are just as crap as the ones fitted, and I still can't see out of the LH one. It just points to the ground, and no, the subframe ISN'T bent. The LH mirrors simply don't have enough upwards adjustment to be any use at all (though the RH ones are OK for some reason). How does everyone else get around this? In fact, how does everyone get on with the riding position as a whole? I'm giving serious thought to modifying the fairing so I can fit a Monster top yoke and flat bars, it would be a superb, practical bike then. I must be getting old, stuff like this never used to bother me...

You're too tight to have SKY TV,there's no way you'll stand the service costs of a 4 valve, nevermind the purchase price!!
Anyway, not only will i get there quicker than you,i will arrive on a far prettier motorcycle!!!
You've always been into odd/ugly bikes!!

RH mirrors usually wear out quicker, 'cos you use them more!
