Yep I'm on one to, or to be correct, I'm on a "reduction of selective foods" , and I mean very selective.

Diet? Not sure I need one... I can eat any amount of anything and still not put on an ounce :P

Although my team manager seems to want me to shed a couple of stone for DesmoDue... this aint the grand national y'know!

so, back to my bag of chocky

All the nice stuffs gone, either eaten or in the bin. Shes hidden my whiskey and beer. .....and under orders for NO takeaways. Even started using words like slimfast........YUK!
