For those that are intereted next week's edition of Superstars on BBC1 features James Toseland as one of the competitors. Something tells me he ain't gonna win!

TT,

I heard that opposite. He wins the thing outright, comes as a bit of a surprise to those that think he only has to sit there and hang on!!

The kickballers come out worse, too much riding from Bugler Kong to the twin puke rainbow shop in their Bentleys/Fazzas

We'll see.

Ray.

Am I missing something here or are you being sarcastic? James Toseland is seriously fit, even by the standards of some of the fitness nuts in top level bike sport.

Did you see the write up about Toseland's workout routine in hmmmmm...Fast Bikes I think it was.

The guy does 5 serious workout sessions a week, including exercises that are designed sap all his energy then test his concentration when his body is screaming enough.

Seriously fit bloke, as I would think all top racers are.

Looking forward to see JamesToseland perform. I'd put a few bob on him to do well, all of the top riders take the sport seriously enough to realize that good fitness is the key to success. 4D

he even sits in a Bin filled with freezing cold water and ice after workouts to reduce lactic acid buildup, thats how seriously he takes his training. He'll win.
