Just received this e mail....

is this yet another trick ???

Dear eBay Customer,

During our regularly scheduled account maintenance and verification procedures,we have detected a slight error in your billing information.

This might be due to either of the following reasons:

1.A recent change in your personal information (i.e change of address)
2.Submitting invalid information during the initial sign up process.
3.An inability to accurately verify your selected option of payment due to an internal error

Please update and verify your information by clicking the link below.

If your account information will not be updated within 48 hours it may cause suspension of your account.

Yep...scam
If you need to update your account, log yourself in from the main ebay site, not by a link in an email.
Forward the email to ebay!

Definately a scam, or more accurately a phish

The site you go to will look just like ebay but isn't. You put in your details and they use them to steal money from you or other people..

Defo scam mate,two or three chaps at work have had the same email.Do what Rushjob said, if you have a problem,log in to your account.

If they get your passwords etc they can log in and bid as you and pay with your paypal account,hoping you`re not monitoring "My ebay"
