who else actually brought a card, kissed the wife this morning - then grumpily toddled off into the garge to finish stripping an engine tonight after work!!!

methinks dinner out has been cancelled this year

CK, I did - How did you know? I got regulatory problems, can't hold 'me charge etc....

Actually that needs expanding a bit more - the 996 seems to be having the old battery charge prob - (standard low voltage jobbie...) - I hope I cleared that up!

My advice, save yourself a fortune. Stay single!

Although at 9pm I had a 'what's it all about' moment whilst carefully annotating law books for exam on Wednesday ... struck home how sad it all is, poured large glass of wine and came out to summer house to talk about bikes.

Cheered up now

Strange - I read it last week. It's about a single mum who loves her kids and they adore her; its sexy, funny and life afirming. Recommended.

On the same theme when I need to feel good about life again I watch 'Pretty Woman' - love that scene in the posh dress shop ... 'You're on commission aren't you? BIG BIG BIG mistake.'
