Rivnut tool for swingarm?
Has anyone down south got a rivnut tool that I could borrow please?

Alternatively, how are all you steel-swingarm guys sorting out rear paddock stands for you steeds?

My plan is to drill the swingarm, fit an 8mm rivnut and screw in some proprietary bobbins................

Cheers, Paul

Not sure if it's relevant to you as I've got a Monster 620 but I have one type that just sits under the swing arm.

Here's some camera phone pics.

I got it from Alan at AJ Racing.

Closer shot of the plastic fitting that sits under the swingarm ...

Cheers TP,

That type of stand might be a way forward, as I have a "cradle" type which fouls on the chain guard and brake torque rod and will generally be a pain in the ar8e to use.

Thanks, Paul

Paul, I have a Rivnut tool if you decide to go that way. Though given my current immobility, you would have to come get it
