Hire in Italy
Hi All,

Does anyone know where and if it is possible to hire a Ducati in Bologna, Italy for a week? Am going over on a trip end of May and thought maybe I could try and get round in style?

Thanks all

Paul

Thanks V much Keith, wanted a 749 or a 999 but I doubt many places offer those. I'm sure a monster will be more fun then a taxi though

thanks again

Did ya read it Mackster? ... Down at the bottom...999 for 685 a week?

My favourite for Italian roads would be the Multistrada at 455 a week

It would be really good to know how it goes if you use these people.
I have been considering it for wdw '06 as i cant bring myself to sell the 748R and buy an ST to ride down from england.
The 748 is no good for taking the wife.

Tried the plane idea for last year, i thought it was a great idea. Bless her she wanted to ride down and enjoy the scenery , reasonable i suppose.
To be fair i'd like to take her but not on a 748. So its either an ST or a monster if they are any roomier 2 up.

Monster's are not that good for 2 up mate unless your Mrs is plenty small. The pillion part of the seat is small and slopes backwards towards the tail..............ST or Multistrada would be best for pillion. Mind you I have met loads of people who have ridden down with pillion on a 748/916 variant-you just need a piece of that luggage mat stuff to help her stay on the back-serious comment-not a joke, it works!

Thought that might be the case, shame as i had a hoot solo on my sisters monster a few weeks ago.
Looks like i'm going to have to buy an ST after all.
