No dancing smilies

For some reason now, none of the Gifs/smilies are animated any more

Had to system restore the hard drive a few months back and since then none of the gifs or animations are animated

and what with Dibbles superb avatars and signitures,I feel I`m missing out

PS I haven`t clicked the Disable Smilies? button.

I think it's to do with a points system. If your Avatar is totally outrageous, your ability to add smiles is firstly slightly restricted, then severely limited then withdrawn in its entirety.

I usually find that after half a bottle of gin everything dances for me

Serioulsy Rooney, it must be something to do with your computer's set up. I couldn't get my smiles to move on my Bro in Law's when I was there a couple of weeks ago. They're bouncing about like mad bouncy things now though so my computer obviously doesn't have the same limitations.
