lighter wheels
ive fitted 749r wheels to my 749, any ideas on suspension adjustment to allow for the lighter wheels .

iwouldnt do any ,
i rode my 999s last year with a mixture of standard , 999r, and carbon wheels and never changed any adjusment, just use the advantage it gives you......ie
faster acceleration
less resistance to steering input
and the suspention parts have to work less hard for the same effect...

by the way ive been drinking so the above could all be wrong......

dodgy,
i fitted a set of light hells to my wifes 748 and it made a real difference to the pick up and turn in speed it felt like the bike had another 10bhp , fitting the old wheels back on the bike felt very sluggish......
in my view changing wheels is expencive but realy worth it more so with the smaller cc bikes.

Dodgy you have to ride it to see whats its like mate.I know, calm down calm down, just take it round the block, you will be ok you might get one or two flies on it thats all.
If you wrap a tesco's bag over the front you might not get any and
if you put masking tape on the tyres you shoudn't get any dust on the bikehave you calmed down now. Crack a beer and sit down, relax, deep breaths.
