Exhaust baffle for Castle Combe
I've found these VIPER exhaust baffles online, it's what Louigi had fitted to our bike should I be fit on the 18th.

http://www.toolparts.co.uk/acatalog/...ance_Cans.html

Viper sound reduction baffle kit for all Viper cans - £12.95

http://www.bfmmotorcycles.co.uk/cata...usts/index.jsp

Item Name: Viper Removable Baffle £7.50
Description: Removable baffle for Viper cans.
Fitting involves drilling a hole in the exhaust nozzle.
BS Approved.

I think they're the same thing, and may need a bit of fiddling to fit, but it's better than failing a noise test.

Just requires drilling a small hole in very end of pipe, to fit small nut & bolt.

Hope thats useful to someone

Scooter - nice one - I'd be looking at a couple - I just need to measure the id of the Remus cans to check and I'll let you know.

Thanks
