Is all it needs is one of those clip-on rain cover thingies that go over the riders legs to hide the engine. Great fun

Hmm,.........inspired by an old Ogri cartoon I reckon.
Its the one where he is given a scooter by his uncle or summat.Everyone is extracting the urine untill he grafts in a big motor.
If I had the book to hand,I'd scan a copy.
