European School ...Letdown!!
I,ve just returned from holiday, to discover European bike school have gone into receivership ,is anyone else in the same position regarding trying to get the money refunded ?For todays 8.8.05 trackday at Brands.

Not happy!! they must have known they where in trouble

You've seen the thread on this, its an unfortunate end for what weren't a bad company.

If you booked by Credt Card then you can claim directly back through them, if by debit card or cheque you'll be at the back of the queue for your money from the administrators.

FFS what do you expect them to do?

The company was trading up until the day the bank say's "NO more Money"

You cant expect any company to say "lets not take any bookings from riders because we have a minor cash flow problem" or maybe your just naive about the way Banks shaft businesses these days once they run into problems?

Green1 I would'nt worrt to much at this stage. The ESS paid me a refund I was entitled to within days of going out of business. Theu could have said "stuff him".
