trackday bike advice
im planning on removing my mirrors from my bike when i do silverstone in 2 weeks but what can i use to keep the nosecone attached to the framework, will a normal nut and bolt do ???


i will remove the rear indicators and number plate hanger and tape up the front lights but what else do i/should i do to my bike

Cable ties will do the job,but if you have the time,get some pukka fasteners from pro-bolt or someone else..ring them and tell them that you've taken the mirrors off for a track day and they'll sort you out with what you require..

If you do it with cable ties, you then have to cut them to take the nose off..Unless you do it with tarmac!
