Binned it !!!!

Well binned the 749 on thursday, I manage to pick myself up and walk away with some brusing, grazes, aching bones and a stiff neck. Anway I have seen a headlight cowling (alloy part) on flea-bay, is the 2004 item the same for the 2005 including the mirror brackets I dont have acces to a parts catalog so I can't check.

Unlucky John. Glad you're OK though.
Have you tried the on line link to the parts catalogue that someone else posted this week.
Think it was when someone was asking about the charge for a parts catalogue

Headlight mount is the same but mirror supports are different on 05 model because of the larger nose fairing

ouch, i know the feeling, i take it you buggerd a mirror mount ? be thankfull it was not a carbon one, the one for my 999R cost me 340 Euro (231 pounds)

Give nelly a shout he should know the part number for yours.
