Is it possible to put Honda/Suzuki forks with radial calipers into a 1999 996bip, if so what sort of modifications would be required?

Anything's possible I guess, but you'll want to check
Fork leg diameter
Fork length
Yokes
Caliper mounts
Offset of calipers/disks
Wheel/spindle size
to name but a few
