Single Seat Question?
Hi

I've got a 998s bip & want to put a single seat on it - will a single seat from a 748/916 or 996 fit?

Thanks

I'm sure the 748/916/996/998 units will fit just fine.
I think you'll need a different bracket tho (the one at the back) cos they're a different profile.

yep, they all fit, may not even need a special bracket, usually some spacers do the trick ....

Just bought some spacers from a Local Duc Dealer £5 each
also the right lenght bolts . You need them to raise the bracket up so the seat clamp will fit properly with out the use of the side sucureing tabs that you use on the bip seat. 4D

A genuine single seat with the parts to fit cost £400 from dealer, thats not bad considering it fits perfectly straight out of the box,its easy to spend that much on aftermarket gear thats poor fit/quality especially "carbon".
