HELP!!Adobe acrobat pdf writer

Is there someone out there that can help with writing a pdf file.I have all the files,acobat writer etc,but it won't do what i want!!I need to speak to someone who can just tell me what to do.I am sure it is a one button issue.!!

what you trying to make into a pdf?? I use a mac and theres a save as pdf option when i want to print so could swap say a word file into a pdf if needed

I have a 131 page file,when i write it to pdf it re-arranges the files into a different order.Ie instead it going pages1,2,3,4,5,6,etc it goes:1,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,100,101.All i want is it to put them in th ebloody order they are in the folder!!

Jasper, try the following:

On the top bar: Edit> Preferences > Page display.

Then in that menu click on Logical Page Display until the tick is removed.

Then try. I can't guarantee it will work though, I've not used it.
I always shove files together by page before and after first/last and it always works then as the page number are as is.

have you done it yet,

Without seeing the document I would guess that the problem is most likely with the original document but assuming its not possible to sort it out there, you can re-arrange the pages in the pdf file. Click on the thumbnail tab on the LHS then on the on the thumb nail viewer drag and drop the pages into the desired location.

Nope that didn't work.The files in the folder are arranged in date modified order and re-named 1-131.When i add the files into pdf(acrobat 7 pro,by the way),it is listing:1,10,100,101,

I've done it,manually,but what a ball ache!!There must be an easier way!!
