Try this link (I think Dibble posted it) - it works.

Download it, install it, and it gives you a resize option when you right-click on an image file.

Or open them in "Paint" (everyone has a copy of that, right?)and in the "Image" option select "Stretch/Skew" and enter the % for BOTH horizontal and vertical that you want to shrink it by (obviously 50% would make then half size) OR in the "Image" option selct "Attributes" and enter the width/height in whatever "Units" you need, then "Save As" a copy of the original without amending the original

Hate to be picky or anything, but wouldn't that make them 1/4 size? :P:P:P

Stupid boy, Pike!
Being a "Draughter" I'd have thought you'd realise that 50% of a vertical OR a horizontal would give you a squashed up image; whereas 50% of BOTH would give you a perfect half-size representation :P Still, I suppose you kids today wouldn't understand as you haven't had to work these things out manually now you have machines to work it out for you :P
