Wheel Nut Sizes
I know its been asked before but I can't seem to find the thread. What size socket do I need for the front wheel nut and the nut on the sprocket side of the rear wheel? I've undone the main large one, but don't seem to have a socket to fit the other two!

28 front , 41 rear if my memory serves me well.

Correct, sadly Chris a 28mm and 41mm socket isn't going to part of a normal socket set.

Click this link for the sockets, note that you may struggle to get a 41mm socket with a 1/2" drive.

You may need the 1/2" to 3/4" adapter for the 41mm socket.

Blackbushe Sunday market nr Yateley, the tool stalls there are not bad at all, a mate of mine picked up a complete 3/4 drive set for about £30, all the sockets you need, I know, i've just borrowed it!!!

Cheers guys, now does anyone know any decent tool shops around Woking, Guildford, Epsom etc.?

I've already got the 3/4 to 1/2 adapter so don't need to worry about that.

Pop in to see Alan at work on the way home/to work Chris, or failing that - we'll have a rummage in the toolbox for you, to lend them if desperate
