i've literally just read you were unwell, great to see you up and about mate .. hope the recovery continues at a accelerated pace .....

I really think you should take it easy for much longer... at least 'til I learn to ride a bit quicker.

Working on a similar basis.... that which doesn't kill you can only make you brick it at Charlies 1......

Glad to see you're on the mend Andy. We may well need wheelie beds to get to the grid, IV drips on the bars and a state nurse to operate the lights but we'll get there.....

I like the idea of the nuse ali,and agree with Nick about taking it steady,do you think you might be better off taking it easy on a 583 for next season andy!
