I have a photo quality inkjet printer (Epson 880) which will do a decent job.

It's not just the printer Tim, depends on the "colourfastness" of the ink and quality of the paper used mate.

Tim, I've used the on-line service of Kodak for a print... cheap as chips and obviously a professional result. Upload image and order print size, turns up on the doormat in a couple of days.
I can recommend it.

Tim, i have a mate.... done me an A0 and A1 print from a pic on DSC day at Snetterton.... i might be able to get one sorted for you.

Pic you have wants to be TOP quality though.... looking at 3mb or so image file size really

The quality is superb.

A0 really is simply too large... the A1 is incredible though and adorns my wall.

Can't you take it into Boots or local shop who print direct from CD?

Most shops now will do it straight from the memory card
