can any body tell me if these pre load adjusters on ebay are easy to fit number 8030190552 cheers

Couldn't be any easier just a little grub screw they normally come with an Allen key that fits but if not that all you will need

I have STM ones on mine just keep an eye no the adjustment level though for some reason they attract the passing casual fiddler.
