1. Fuel tank filler complete assembly.
2. Where can i get my front wheel un-bent?

Your local bike dealer should be able to help you with the wheel, costs about £60 and takes about a week they send them away somewhere but no idea who to, though i suspect it may be

i had my 916 wheel straightened by motoliner ltd., in aylesford ... £50 i think it was but few years ago now ... did a good job .... 01622 709705.

Murray,
by fuel tank filler assembly, do you mean the ally bit that goes in the tank, the o-ring, grubscrews and a filler cap?
If so, I'm pretty sure that I have all that lot spare. I'll have a look in the loft and get back to you....
