help needed A.S.A.P
IVE WON A TERMI EXHAUST ON EBAY FOR MY 999BIP 04 MODEL .ITS GOT THE CHIP FILTERS ETC.ON THE CHIP ITS GOT 999S WILL THIS BE OK FOR MY BIKE ALSO HE SAID I WILL HAVE TO PACK THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF MY FAIRING OUT IS THIS RIGHT

How big is it (diameter)?

Some of the larger sizes do require some modification to either the supporting brackets or the fairing to avoid the pipes burning the fairing.

ps if the chip has been fitted to a bike before yours it wont work on your bike anyway.

Chips are paired to the clocks and ignition ... it all forms part of the engine management system.

You will need a new chip, or you may get away with a power comander. JHP or similar should give you some good advice.

phoned JHP today spoke to rick johns son very helpful .i gave him the chip number and he said it would be fine

Maybe fine, but, if it has been used (and paired) to another bike it may not work .... worthwhile checking.
