851 fuel tank
If you do want one try calling Gowanloch in Oz, they are much cheaper. I got mine from there and it's unmarked, brand new and the biggest bonus is that including import duty I still paid less than Ceepeedee's starting price...
good hunting

errrm - good question, I think it's a case of what isn't being done, I think that the only part left from the original rebuild will be the frame. Should be interesting when she's complete.
I'll drop you a line when there's more to take a look at & put the kettle on if you like.
cheers

Neil

I have just got my self a carbon fibre tank from Gowenloch, a bargin. The paint job is excellent. and it comes with carbon fibre air box bits. There is a bit of fitting to do but. Spacers for throttle bodies, heat shilding has to be fitted and the seat has to modified. Temp sender has position but the air pressure sensor needs to be relocated. Also you need to fit fuel line dowels into the tank. there are two holes, one on either side of the tank. They are threaded with a 1.5 mm pitch and its an 18mm hole. I am getting some machined up. I have yet to wressle with the fuel cap issue. Anyone know the simple answer?
