Race laps in your head
So how many race laps do you do per week in your head? I'm talking full laps of any track you've TD'd or raced on.

I find it pretty difficult as my mind wanders in various sections, and my heart races to 170bpm after about 10 secs, but it's a great way to bring back the rush of racing while plodding along in the gym.

It's true, the male mind thinks of sex every seven seconds (probably...). It's amazing we make it round the track at all!

I often do this at the gym or whatever. I went to bed the other night having a battle around Cadwell! Sad I know.

I'll do a few laps a week easy - a week seems like such a long time these days.

You must be joking! I'm always doing that, have to stop myself these days as it takes me ages to fall asleep if I start.

Had some great last lap battles though, especially cadwell. Mostly wet though at the moment!
